in allegato il pagamento di euro 2.400 con cui noi e i nostri amici dagli Stati Uniti, sosterremo la mensa della scuola di Twabuka per i prossimi 30 giorni.

alleghiamo la copia per il pagamento di euro 2.400 inviato ieri (con valuta oggi) alla scuola.

Con questi soldi manterremo funzionante la mensa per altri 30 giorni per gli oltre 300 studenti della scuola e per gli insegnanti. Ci pagheremo lo stipendio delle tre cuoche e garantiremo a questi bambini quello che dovrebbe essere un diritto per ogni studente: avere del cibo sufficiente ogni giorno.

2.400 euro sono uno sforzo notevole: grazie a tutti e tutte che ci avete sostenuto e, speriamo, vi andrà di farlo anche in futuro. Questo progetto cammina grazie a voi.

We are currently in the course of the second month after school re-opening in early September. Thus, we just sent our monthly contribution (euros 2,400) to sponsor the school feeding project for 30 days for all 334 students and teachers at school. Through our contribution, Twabuka school has been able to provide the students with two daily meals (breakfast plus lunch) for 5 days a week.

This month we also add a donation for 1,280 euros in ordet to complete the computer room of the school and to re-open the hen-house (here is the receipt).

We take the opportunity here to thank all those who contributed in the past and that will do in the future… this is a little project but it has a great impact on the Twabuka community life and this has been possible only thanks to your constant help. THANKS!!!

please, find here the receipt of the payment of 2.400 euros payed at the Twabuka school to support the canteen project for the over three hundred students and teachers. The school is currently closed and it will reopen on September 9th. (here the copy of the transfer to the school).

Tomorrow at Twabuka is the last day of school before the August break. In fact, not all students will be on holiday since grade 7 and grade 9 will write their exams during the next two weeks.
